• Your credit card information or banking information is never revealed to anyone.

In addition, we cooperate with international authorities to prosecute credit card fraud. This is for your protection, since we want to make sure that no one unauthorized uses your card.

When establishing a customer account (and as a fraud prevention) we sometimes ask to see a photocopy of your credit card along with a credit card statement showing your billing address.


For Canada customers, we also ask for your bank's telephone number to speed verification.
Once your account is verified you will not have to provide this information again.
