Shipping Policy

The majority of orders ship within 2 business days. All products are shipped within 7 business days from the time an order is placed on our web site. Estimated ship time appears below each product description. When a single order contains multiple items, the item with the longest estimated ship time will impact time of shipment. Multiple items in a single order may ship in separate boxes.

Note that ship time estimates do not include transit times. Your order transit time is determined by the shipping method you specify during checkout (FedEX Ground, FedEX 2day, FedEX Express Saver, etc) and by the distance between your address and our order fulfillment centers.

There are some situations where we will ship your order, in full or in part, from a secondary fulfillment center. Your entire order will most often ship from our main center; however, should a portion of your order be shipped separately, you will be notified with multiple tracking numbers and information.

Damaged Package:

If your order arrives damaged or otherwise needs to be returned, please do not mail the package back to us without obtaining an RA# first. For information on our return policy and how to obtain an RA#, please email us!.

Fraud Policy:

Our company does not tolerate credit card fraud, and we put an emphasis on keeping our customers safe. This includes using the highest level of SSL Encryption when accepting orders on our web site.

We do not store any sensitive customer information (including credit card data), and all orders are manually reviewed by our in-house fraud analyst.

Credit card fraud is a growing problem faced by online stores, and it is the stores responsibility to ensure that only valid orders are shipped, or risk taking a loss on the sale.

To ensure fast processing of your order, please have your order shipped to the same address that is on file with your credit card company. In some cases, orders shipping to addresses which are different from the credit card billing address may be held until the credit card holder is contacted by phone to confirm the order.
